Deauville Sport Images Festival – 2026

Deauville Sport Images Festival is a new event that brings together sport, photography, and culture to explore sport as a social, human, and artistic phenomenon. Born in the wake of the Paris 2024 Games and looking ahead to Milano Cortina 2026, it is aimed at both the general public and professionals, with an opening night, “La Nuit du Sport,” thirteen free exhibitions across the city, and a summer program of events.
The 2026 edition puts women’s sport in the spotlight, highlighting athletes, photographers, and influential figures who are helping drive sport forward. The festival also expands into sports documentaries, with exclusive films that tell stories of journeys, disciplines, and sport’s impact on society.
The guest of honor is David Burnett, the renowned international photojournalist, to whom an exhibition is dedicated.
