Portrait(s) presents and celebrates four decades of creation by David LaChapelle, a major figure in contemporary visual creation, with a monographic exhibition bringing together iconic and new works.

American photographer and director, he has established himself by the power of his images and his spectacular visual universe. His work is distinguished by a singular pop and baroque aesthetic, full of color, and a theatrical staging.

Heir of pop art, marked by his collaboration with Andy Warhol at the beginning of his career, LaChapelle develops a visual universe where popular culture, spirituality and critical reflection on contemporary society dialogue.
