A festival that started as a circus school party to become an international event welcoming artists from all over the world and more than 3000 spectators.
Imagined by the smallest circus in the world, Hip Cirq was more than ever the idea of crossbreeding (of disciplines, audiences, practices and cultures) to create new forms and provoke surprising encounters. It included professional and amateur programming as well as participatory activities.
