In 2003, Patrick Elouarghi and Philippe Chapelet met matali crasset. Together, they imagined the Hi Life concept, creating the Hi Hotel in Nice, then Hi Beach in Nice, Dar Hi in Tunisia, Hi Matic in Paris… A new approach to hospitality in a contemporary and innovative spirit.
